There are so many things to love about this shot. First, it’s an outdoor ceremony and the weather worked perfectly. I think it was actually raining when we were driving to the wedding, or it was supposed to rain, but as the day went on it got sunnier and sunnier. You can see in this picture that theres a soft sun flare peeping through on the top left hand corner. The perfect conditions are needed to get a sung flare like this and it happened!
In regards to the image itself, we got the main focus, where the brides dad is embracing the groom. All smiles here. We’ve got the bride looking on, smiling with emotion. We got mom blurred in the background between them. Lastly we got the officiant blurred in the foreground, cause they’re an important person at a wedding too.
